 Career Opportunity

"We are in the people

  business"

BECOME A  PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Are you looking to advance or begin your professional sales career?

At myCommunity CSS Canada we are looking for self motivated,

diligent people who take exceptional pride in working with others.

First of all, you are a unique individual who loves to talk about and

lives the myCommunity concept. You can “sell yourself” and your

business image to the people you want to serve. You want to go out

and meet the clients in their location. By promoting our innovative

programs the coordinator-leader will experience great satisfaction.

Secondly, as a professional coordinator you have a good working

knowledge of promotion such as Public Relations and the various

forms of media advertising including their purpose, function and

results.

You  understand the problems the participant experiences in

the community and you might suggest solutions. You take

the consultative approach to your clients. You keep your

promises and commitments.

You keep proper records of each of your programs for yourself,

which are usable by a replacement coordinator if necessary.

You keep in touch with clients and prospects alike to build a

relationship of trust and loyalty.

Thirdly, the myCommunity coordinator is a manager. You need to

show tact in working well with the administrators. Your job starts

when the program is in place and finishes when the agreement

has been filled.

Your reward will be to start a renewal and initiate the next cycle of

service. There is a close working relationship between head

office and the coordinators.

In conclusion the myCommunity coordinator is a self disciplined

individual who is able to strike a happy balance between personal career development, coordinator's responsibilities, family and community

involvement.

WHY I ENJOY COORDINATING WITH myCommunity

“Working with myCommunity is a continuation and enhancement of the

career path I chose almost forty years ago. This is the people business

and I am comfortable with community, independent businesses and

professionals. I see the benefits; I believe in the process and the

products, enjoy the work and even get paid for doing it...”                                                        Dick - Ontario

“The opportunity to grow the myCommunity programs is virtually

unlimited and I always enjoyed setting and achieving goals for myself

and the companies I worked with. The association with all the

myCommunity people has been a very enjoyable experience...

Meeting new people in the business community that become

participants of the programs. The satisfaction of knowing that

recipients truly appreciate the program and convey it to the participants.”

                                                                Art - Alberta

“I enjoy working independently and meeting people while traveling

the country. I appreciate the principles behind myCommunity. I like

the challenge of setting up new programs and like the knowledge

that there is always room for growth. I enjoy being part of the decision

making process.”                                    Pete - Ontario

“At the time I needed work and the independence of setting my

own schedule appealed to me because I have owned a business

before. I appreciate the support each coordinator gets from

management, and being allowed the freedom to work within

boundaries. The principles of myCommunity attracted me as well."                                                       Ed - Manitoba

“I like the myCommunity concept because of its appeal and principles

emphasis. Working with challenging people and keeping an

inquiring mind have helped me to reach new heights in my career.

Solving problems as a team challenges me.”
