Community Programs

At myCommunity, we have been helping small businesses build relationships and promote themselves within their communities for over 30 years. The businesses we work with have found our unique program to be one of their most valuable and dignified means of public relations and advertising, and at the same time an effective means to give back to their communities.

Local businesses that we partner with sponsor the program, and we in turn send out personalized gifts to community members on the sponsor's behalf. These gifts are sent to people free of charge who are celebrating momentous occasions: births (commemorative plate), weddings (wedding Bible or photo album), special anniversaries (Bibles or commemorative plates), and moves (newcomer to the community) (commemorative plate). Local community members serve as “Program Administrators” that direct myCommunity to appropriate gift recipients; sponsors are tastefully acknowledged in the gift-giving process.
