personal information required on gift certificates and order

forms is used to process the submitted order.  Completion

of the forms is accepted as implied consent to collection of

the  information.  The names and addresses of gift recipients

under our community programs are forwarded to the

participants in the relevant community.

Beyond this, personal information is not disclosed to third

parties.

In accordance with this:

•  We do not sell, rent or in any way exchange users'

names or e-mail addresses with third parties.  

•  We do not release any information about our

users or their demographic information to third parties.

•  Our site's operating system does not record any

information about your visit.   We do not place any

“cookies” in the browser files of a user's computer.

•  We do not send unsolicited marketing e-mail.

All information provided to us will be held in strict confidence.
